Lead Dental Nurse – Ross‑On‑Wye HR9 5HB
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 17.15pm.
Your GDC registration, DBS check and professional indemnity are covered by Bupa Dental Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the dental team
* Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
* Oversee reception duties and staff rotas
* Update patient records
* Set up decontamination of instruments
* Provide clinical chair‑side support to dentists
* Undertake some reception duties
* Deliver excellent patient care with a strong customer focus
* Communicate effectively with staff and patients
Qualifications & Experience
* GDC registered dental nurse
* Experience leading a team preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
