Your duties will be varied, hands-on, and engaging. Key responsibilities include:

* Being aware of allergies, dietary needs, and medical conditions
* Maintaining a calm and safe dining environment
* Supervising outdoor and indoor play activities
* Promoting positive, inclusive play and fair participation
* Addressing minor behaviour issues promptly and calmly
* Helping pupils resolve minor disputes in a fair manner
* Providing reassurance and support to children who may be upset or anxious
* Administering basic first aid where necessary (training provided)
* Reporting accidents, incidents, or safeguarding concerns to school staff
* Collaborating with teachers, teaching assistants, and senior lunchtime staff
