Junior Field Service Engineer (Training on Medical Equipment)
Territory: Northern Ireland

A respected company with a great range of products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Engineering Team, training on medical capital equipment, carrying out electro-mechanical works on some amazing kit, and life saving kit!

The Role:
* This is a Field Service Engineer role, planned and reactive maintenance, along with installations of new equipment.
* Trained on vital medical capital equipment, carrying out electro-mechanical works, along with IT and networking of devices.
* Covering the whole of Northern Ireland, however a lot of the work is focused in the Belfast area.
* Home based, travelling out to sites throughout the country, some overnight stays to make your use of time more effective
* Working within Public and Private Healthcare facilities, along with some R&D sites.
* Installing and maintaining various medical capital equipment, covering a range of therapy areas.
* You could be working in surgical theatre areas, radiology suites, or across most areas of a hospital.
* Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.
* No on-call or silly out of hours work.
The Ideal Person:
* It is essential that you have some experience of working on equipment that includes electrical, electronics and mechanical elements.
* You will ideally have some field service experience, although single site engineers will also be considered!
* Anyone with a Field Service Engineer background within any relatable sector, with experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, would be ideally suited to this role.
* It is vital that you've got a good attitude and customer facing experience, from any role, as this is an essential part of the role.
* A strong understanding of IT networking of equipment is highly advantageous to any application, but not essential as training will be provided.
* Applications must live in a reasonable commuting distance of Belfast.
* Full Driving Licence is essential.
* Right to work in the Northern Ireland is essential – no sponsorship available.
