I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading one-stop destination venue who are looking for an experienced and motivated
General Manager
to take full ownership of one of their main London sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile hospitality business where culture, innovation, and guest experience come first.
The Role
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of the venue — leading your team to deliver exceptional results across all areas of the business, from people, food & drink, and guest service, through to sales, events, and financial performance. You'll run the site as if it were your own, inspiring a culture of fun, inclusivity, and outstanding hospitality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading day-to-day operations with hands-on leadership and presence on the floor.
* Driving sales and profitability with full P&L accountability.
* Building strong relationships with traders and ensuring high-quality offerings across the venue.
* Creating and innovating profitable events while supporting outbound sales strategy.
* Recruiting, training, and developing your team to build a motivated, high-performing culture.
* Ensuring compliance across Health & Safety, Food Safety, and operational standards.
* Acting as a role model for inclusivity, respect, and the company's people values.
The Person
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in wet led hospitality at GM/AGM level, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
* Commercially astute, with strong P&L management experience and an eye for driving sales.
* A natural leader who can coach, develop, and inspire teams at all levels.
* Energetic, adaptable, and resilient, thriving during peaks while staying proactive during quieter times.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
