3. Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage event budgets and report on costs in collaboration with Accounts.
4. On-Site Leadership: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, focusing on safety, coordination, and client experience.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all phases.
7. Operational Systems & Tools: Use internal systems and Google Workspace tools for documentation and workflow management.
8. Team Mentorship & Development: Support team growth and promote an inclusive team culture.
9. Continuous Improvement: Produce reports and debriefs to inform future events.
10. Capacity Planning & Scalability: Assess departmental capacity to meet growing demands without compromising quality.

* Knowledge of health and safety, risk management, and operational planning.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a solution-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with event management software.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
* Full UK driving license.
