At Get Licensed, we help people across the UK start and grow their careers in security. Every month, thousands complete their Door Supervisor, CCTV, and First Aid courses through Get Licensed. Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there.
We are looking for a full-time Customer Success & Brand Ambassador for an energetic, confident communicator to join our Customer Success team - someone who's as comfortable helping learners by phone as they are speaking to camera.
You'll become one of the faces of Get Licensed: visiting training venues, supporting learners in person, and creating short, authentic videos that show what the training experience is really like.
What you will be doing and how your week might look like:
* Helping learners step-by-step through booking, licensing, and job placement.
* Travelling to training courses nationwide to meet instructors and students.
* Filming short clips answering common questions ("How do I pass my exam?" "What should I bring to my course?").
* Collecting real stories from our learners and trainers.
* Representing Get Licensed online and in person as a positive, trusted voice.
What we are looking for:
* Confident communicator, friendly, and naturally helpful.
* Comfortable being on camera and speaking to groups.
* Must have a car, clean UK driving licence, and willingness to travel nationwide (typically 2-3 days per week).
* Organized, reliable, and genuinely interested in helping people find work and build confidence.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: £30,000-£38,000 (including travel allowance and performance bonus)
