As the Archive Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:
* Assist the Archivist and ensure the security of access to documents and the archive.
* Prepare invoices for payment.
* Retrieve and return documents and boxes to the archive and manage associated documentation.
* Coordinate the transfers of records management boxes, register and shelve them.
* Check and add cataloguing entries to the relevant database.
* Register all history enquiries in the MODES database.
* Undertake research.
* Scan and photograph documents to support enquiries.
