We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our team, with an immediate start available (as soon as tomorrow!). This role involves working within a manufacturing environment assembling window sashes. Candidates must also be comfortable working long shifts and using drills as part of their daily duties. Key Responsibilities * Fitting hinges to window sashes using a drill (9 screws per sash) * Cleaning tape from sashes * Carrying out minor paint touch-ups where required * Lifting and positioning sashes onto benches * Ensuring finished products meet quality standards The Ideal Candidate * Comfortable working 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday * Confident using drills and hand tools * Physically capable of lifting and moving products * Reliable and available to start immediately * Good attention to detail Full training will be provided on site and further details will be shown on arrival.
