Patek Philippe is the last family-owned independent Genevan Watch Manufacturer.

We are currently recruiting to fill the following full-time vacancy in our flagship store in

New Bond Street, London



Reception Supervisor

(Full-time, 5 days per week)


As a Reception Supervisor you will lead and manage the reception team and the flow of the customer experience; including the Salon ambience, presentation and the service of beverages.

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience to ensure that all guests receive professional, refined and elegant welcome to the establishment.

This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated and service-driven professional, willing to create an outstanding experience for the customer, whilst ensuring that the Company’s standard of service is met and adhered to at all times.


Main Duties:

Manage the reception area and reception team

Customer Greeting and Concierge Service

Warmly welcome all customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, upholding the company’s high standards of customer care.

Coordinating diary appointments using Microsoft Outlook

Working closely with the team to establish and resolve problems

Preparation and service of tea, coffee and cold refreshments

Assist the sales consultants during customer appointments

Ensure all requests are dealt with in a secure and timely fashion

Maintaining food and drink preparation areas

Maintaining sales and customer service client areas

Monitor and replenish stock

Undertake errands as required

Ensure the store is running efficiently and kept tidy at all times


What we are looking for:

Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and schedule coordination

Experience with reception duties, including managing front desk operations efficiently

Experience in a similar customer service environment

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure including managing multiple tasks

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A proactive approach and ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team

An enthusiastic and positive personality

Immaculate personal appearance

Experience in the Luxury Retail Industry or Luxury Hospitality Industry is desirable but not essential
