My client are a leading Engineering firm based in Woking. Bybining advanced engineering with digital technologies, they enable smarter, more sustainable buildings and improve the everyday flow of life in cities around the world. We are currently partnering with them to recruit the role of Senior Marketing Manager on a 12-month contract, working 3 days a week from their Surrey offices.
Your new role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic Marketing activity across key European markets. Your job involves shaping and delivering marketing plans that supportmercial objectives, strengthen customer relationships, and ensuring the business remains straightforward to engage with.
You will:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand visibility, customer growth, and sales performance, in line with broader regional and global frameworks.
2. Oversee the planning and delivery of multichannel campaigns and events, spanning digital, social, email, content, and traditional formats, while ensuringpliance with relevant standards and safeguarding brand integrity.
3. Conduct market andpetitor analysis to inform decision-making, identify emerging trends, and adapt plans to reflect changing customer behaviour and market conditions.
4. Work closely with internal teams across sales, product lines, and global marketing to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies, ideally to B2B audiences. You will be confident in multichannel campaign activity spanning digital, social, email, content, and events. You will have a strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, excellentmunication and leadership skills, and an ability to prioritise and project-manage. Global or European market experience is desired, as is a Marketing degree or qualification.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits including pension and 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays. The role is initially a 12-month contract based on-site 3 days a week.
