Job Role: Recruitment Consultant working for Office Angels
Location: Northampton
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to £27,000

What you'll be doing
* Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to maximize candidate availability and ensure quality flow
* Sales / Business Development: Following up leads through cold calling, sending speculative emails, and dropping sales materials into prospective clients
* Relationship Building: Developing long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates
* Conducting Sales Meetings: Meeting clients in person to showcase Office Angels' services and discuss roles and business plans
* Matching: Aligning candidates’ skills and expectations with suitable roles
* Advertising: Posting on various job boards and portals
* Candidate Attraction: Using methods like LinkedIn and job boards to source candidates
* Candidate Care: Maintaining regular contact with candidates to keep records up to date
* Audit: Maintaining compliant records for candidates and clients as per company policy
* Telephone/Email: Screening, gatekeeping, and assisting with branch queries
