The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager at our Hilsea Office. Whether you are starting or continuing your sales journey, this role supports developing new business, managing existing accounts, and increasing brand presence. The role involves contacting customers by phone and face-to-face meetings. Full product and industry training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the entire sales cycle for seamless transition into operations.
* Proactively seek new sales opportunities via various communication channels.
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients.
* Monitor your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
* Achieve KPIs and monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience in sales or account management is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities.
* Excellent communication, telephone skills, and customer service abilities.
* High attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
* Take ownership of your region and shape its success.
