An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a high-performing finance team as a Finance Business Partner. The Role
Reporting into a senior finance lead, you will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to drive financial performance. You will be heavily involved in decision-making, forecasting and performance analysis, helping shape commercial outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the lead finance contact for senior operational stakeholders
* Producing and interpreting management accounts, forecasts and budgets
* Delivering clear financial insight, KPI analysis and performance reporting
* Supporting rolling forecasts, long-range planning and annual budgeting
* Building and maintaining financial models to aid decision-making
* Reviewing P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
* Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with ambitious accountants who enjoy business partnering and influencing non-finance stakeholders.
You will ideally have:
* Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
* Proven ability to business partner and communicate with senior stakeholders
* Excellent Excel and analytical skills (Power BI or similar desirable)
* A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a changing, fast-moving environment
* Confidence working to deadlines with multiple priorities
