In this role you will design and develop press tooling from concept through to production, managing projects, creating detailed CAD models and liaising closely with the toolroom, production and external suppliers. You will take ownership of both new and existing tooling, supporting manufacturing, driving improvements and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Based in Redditch. This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or Tooling Design Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking for a highly autonomous position where they can take full ownership of projects within a well-established, reputable engineering business with a long-standing industry presence.
