My client is a small HNW business near Knutsford and they are currently looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.
As a Paraplanner you'll play a vital role in supporting their Financial Planners to deliver bespoke solutions to their high-net-worth clients. This is a client-focused, detail-oriented position.

Key purpose
* Support Financial Planners in delivering tailored advice to high-net-worth clients
* Maintain personal and professional development
* Contribute to a client-focused team, working closely with all colleagues
Key responsibilities
* Establish and interpret client needs and objectives
* Gather and analyse financial information
* Research and prepare tailored recommendations
* Present financial solutions clearly and compliantly to the Financial Planner
* Support ongoing client reviews and relationship management
* Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
* Maintain systems for control and review
* Stay up to date with industry developments
Skills & qualifications
* Diploma qualified
* Proactive mindset and willingness to show initiative
* Strong technical knowledge of financial products and planning
* Excellent report writing and analytical skills
* Relationship management and communication skills
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Capable of working both independently and as part of team to deliver results
* Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
