Overview
The Global Marketing organisation is charged with bringing together Publicis Groupe’s marketing and digital business transformation offerings across creativity, media, data and technology, to drive business growth. The Business Development team sits inside this Marketing organisation, responsible for New Business across the Groupe globally.
The below role partners with key stakeholders to drive success in new business conversion. You will have an outstanding track record in project management and managing multiple stakeholders. You will need proven collaborative skills with the ability to connect with multiple teams across brands, geographies and practices. You will thrive in a fast paced and agile environment.
Join our team as a Groupe Director, (Head of Business Development level) where you will lead impactful, high-stakes global pitches exceeding $5m in revenue. You will oversee the entire pitch management process, enhance our strategic offerings, and drive collaboration across our expansive network.

* Produce Winning Work: Take full accountability for managing first-class pitch processes from inception to post-pitch strategy. Evaluate and enhance strategic propositions across media, data, tech, and creative sectors.
* Lead Teams: Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned to deliver successful pitches. Build strategies to overcome barriers and foster an environment that makes participating in new business endeavors a sought-after experience.
* Design, Activate, and Own the Pitch Delivery Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive pitch strategies. Manage effective communication channels, from collecting client insights to coordinating with senior management. Ensure every aspect, from media planning to commercial data, is well understood and utilized.
* Close Collaboration: Work closely across the Publicis Groupe to tap into 'Power of One' opportunities, deploying a consistent strategy. Ensure accountability among stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve deliverables. Maintain accurate entry of pitch details in our Central Repository via Salesforce.
Qualifications

* Extensive experience in media, creative, PR planning/strategy, or integrated marketing.
* A robust business development background with cross-functional skills in media and creative sectors.
* A strategic planner with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident in leadership settings, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations.
