Aberdeen Performing Arts is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the Chief Executive and Leadership Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of governance processes, exceptional administrative skills, and a commitment to supporting the smooth running of a dynamic, creative organisation.
About the Role
This position has two key areas of focus:
Governance & Board Support
You will play a central role in supporting our governance functions, ensuring that board and committee processes run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating logistics, agendas, and documentation for Board and committee meetings
* Attending meetings and producing accurate, timely minutes
* Managing the archive of governance documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
* Supporting the coordination of reporting and regulatory submissions
* A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms
* A collaborative and flexible working style
