Job Description: Spray Painter (Temporary Position)Position Overview-We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join a reputablepany on a temporary basis, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, priming, and spray-painting surfaces to a high-quality finish, ensuring all work meetspany standards and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities
1. Surface preparation: sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming materials before painting.
2. Spray-painting: applying paint, varnish, or coatings using spray equipment to achieve a smooth, even finish.
3. Quality control: inspecting finished work to ensure accuracy, durability, andpliance with specifications.
4. Equipment maintenance: cleaning and maintaining spray guns,pressors, and other tools.
5. Health & safetypliance: following all workplace safety procedures, including use of PPE and proper ventilation.
6. Collaboration: working closely with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and production targets.
Requirements
7. Previous experience as a spray painter in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
8. Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques.
9. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
10. Strong attention to detail andmitment to producing high-quality work.
11. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle spray equipment.
12. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
