The Role:

* Leadership & Culture:
* Provide leadership and direction with a sprinkle of kindness, a dash of compassion, and a heap of empathy.
* Team Management:
* Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of top-notch care professionals who are all about person-centred care.
* Regulatory Standards:
* Ensure the branch is a gold star in regulatory standards set by CQC. They all about maintaining excellent care and support!
* Budget Boss:
* Manage the branch budget like a pro, ensuring financial targets are hit and costs are well managed.
* Marketing Maven:
* Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to keep those beds filled and services top-of-mind for potential residents and families.
* Relationship Rockstar:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with those who choose to stay in their own homes, commising officers, Social Workers, GPs, families, and stakeholders. Responding effectively is your superpower!
* Administrative Ace:
* Keep all records in shipshape order and ensure admin tasks are completed efficiently.
* Continuous Improvement Guru:
* Monitor and evaluate the business performance, always on the lookout for areas to polish and improve.
* Risk Management Whiz:
* Ensure a safe and secure haven for those being cared for and staff by managing and mitigating risks like a pro.
Who You Are:
* An Experienced Registered Manager with at least 2 years expereince as a Branch Manager and hold a minimum Level 5 certification or willing to complete it on the company’s dime.
* A Deputy Manager looking to rise to the occasion? We’d love to hear from you! If you have lead from the front for at least 4 years.
