Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable
Front of House
at our Elland Road Stadium, East Stand, which houses both our onsite corporate staff offices and visiting guests. This role involves operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail to ensure all guests are welcomed and receive a personalized, smooth, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee general arrivals, VIP visitors, requests, and preferences, and collaborate across departments to maintain a consistently high standard of service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives behind the scenes, helping the venue run smoothly and efficiently.

What are the responsibilities?

Lead and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling and operations.

Gain a deep understanding of the key business areas to ensure queries are seamlessly directed to the relevant person.

Oversee all incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, ensuring prompt and polished responses aligned with business etiquette.

Manage bookings, appointments, reservations, or room assignments depending on the business type.

Maintain guest records, preferences, and special requirements with precision and attention to detail.

Developing key stakeholder relationships with external providers, such as local florists, postal and gifting companies.

Assist with operational tasks aligned with company events, staff meetings or celebrations, or high impact gatherings.

Person Specification

Essential

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or reception, or guest services

Strong operational background, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail, presentation, and service standards

Proficient in the full Microsoft suite.

Desirable

* Previous experience in VIP guest services
* Previous experience in operations in an elite environment
