A client within the Public Sector, based in Norfolk, is currently recruiting for an Asset Surveyor to join their Planned Improvements / Property Management team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority or social housing environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To provide an asset surveying service across the housing stock, delivering stock condition data to support planned improvements, compliance, and investment programmes.
