What we look for in a Head Chef:
This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team, develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.
* Experience in championing excellent service through quality food, as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Passion for leading and developing a team
* Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
* Responsibility for managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
* Creativity in designing and delivering new dishes and specials
* Strong planning and organisational skills for effective control of GP and labour
* Proactive in driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
