We are building the opening brigade and looking for a strong Chef de Partie to run a section from day one.
The kitchen will introduce a cuisine that is still rare in London. Chefs with a modern European Michelin backgroundwill adapt well and gain strong exposure to new techniques, flavours and ingredients. This is a chance to expand your skill set while working at a high level.
What you will do
* Run and organise your own section
* Deliver clean, precise plates during service
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs
* Maintain strong prep standards and kitchen organisation
* Support junior chefs on the section
* Keep consistency and quality high every service
What we want
* Experience as a Chef de Partie in strong kitchens
* Background in modern European cooking
* Michelin star experience a strong advantage
* Chefs who want to learn and push their cooking further
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Covers: 75 to 85
We are particularly interested in chefs who are available almost immediately.
Kitchen roles begin end of March, with a soft opening planned for early April.
