We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy that’s launching a new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by respected experts in the Microsoft ecosystem, this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.
We’re hiring D365 Finance Architects to define the blueprint for success—technically, strategically, and culturally.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead solution architecture across complex, multi-country implementations, and define best practices, methodologies, and reusable frameworks to improve delivery quality.
Beyond technical leadership, you’ll mentor consultants and shape the functional capabilities of the practice. Working with senior stakeholders across Europe, you’ll drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure technology aligns with business goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a new consulting division.

What We’re Looking For
* Deep expertise in Microsoft D365 F&SCM – Finance, focusing on architecture and solution design.

* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions.
