You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food for VIP clients, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. You'll lead a brigade of 11 - including chefs and kitchen assistants - within a fast-paced, quality-driven production kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations and food production
Leading and mentoring a skilled kitchen team
Ensuring food safety, consistency, and presentation are second to none
Overseeing stock control and kitchen efficiency
Maintaining exceptional standards under tight deadlinesWhat we're looking for:
A proven Sous Chef with 3+ years of progressive experience
Someone with great leadership, communication, and organisational skills
