Get Set UK is seeking an Adult Skills Customer Service Apprentice to support learner recruitment, onboarding, and monitoring activities. You will assist enrolment officers and the delivery team to meet recruitment targets and ensure compliant enrolment of learners.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with potential learners to support their application and follow-up post-completion.
2. Assisting learners in selecting appropriate programs aligned with their goals.
3. Collaborating with teams to complete sign-up and onboarding processes.
4. Promoting adult skills programs to partners and potential learners.
5. Monitoring vacancies on government recruitment platforms.
6. Recording actions and meeting minutes accurately.
7. Administering learners on MIS and other systems.
8. Gathering and recording feedback and destination data from learners and employers.
9. Supporting office operations such as supplies management and liaising with contractors.
