Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Chain Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth processing, allocation, and reconciliation of customer orders.
You will manage daily incoming orders, coordinate with service providers (pack houses), track order progress, and maintain accurate records. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free input into internal systems
* Receive and manage daily orders (typically between 08:00 and 14:00) via email
* Allocate orders and coordinate fulfilment with service providers (pack houses)
* Monitor and track order progress to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
* Perform daily order reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
* Liaise continuously with service providers to confirm order details and implement any required changes
* Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, updates, and potential delays
* Track and report weekly performance against forecasts
* Maintain accurate records using internal Excel-based systems
* Deliver a high level of customer service through professional and timely communication
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in order processing, supply chain coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative role preferred
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
