Job Description
The RoleTo be responsible for the safe and efficient utilisation of all electrical equipment on site.This role will involve, but is not limited to:1. Work to a high safety standard and ensure compliance protocols are completed.2. Responsible for the efficient utilisation of all electrical equipment and plant.3.
Respond to out of hours calls on a rotational basis4. Identify and implement improvements5. Involvement in project work6.
Modify and improve procedures and programmes as required7. Ensure that all documentation is kept up to date8. Installation and commissioning equipment and services as requested9.
Inclusion in the site call out rota if required10. To assist electricians where required on electrical breakdowns throughout the plant11. Adopt and maintain good engineering and housekeeping procedures in all work area.12.
Identify and report any signs of equipment failure.Assist with other works when and where required as directed by Electrical Supervisor, commensurate to the level of the post.Dayshift/BackshiftWhat We Require from YouThe successful candidate will hold relevant electrical qualifications.PLC experience preferred. Allen BradleyIndustrial Maintenance Experience (Preferred but not essential).The candidate must have strong health and safety awareness and the ability to work unsupervised.TPBN1_UKTJ
