Finance Officer
We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Finance team in St Leonards-on-Sea .

About the Role:
1. Preparing and finalising the daily transactional and remortgage completions
2. Preparing electronic payments from the client bank account
3. Posting daily invoices
4. Checking receipt of client funds
5. Accurately approving bank details required for conveyancing completions
6. Assist other team members as duties require
7. Communicate effectively with case handlers
8. Other task as identified by the Financial Controller
About You:
9. Excellent communication skills, personable and able to get on with diverse personalities.
10. Excellent attention to details and high level of accuracy.
11. Friendly and approachable with a helpful and positive attitude.
12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
13. Good time management, organisational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
14. You will be confident, resourceful and be self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team.
