Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.30 per hour applies. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly, with options for fewer hours down to 12. We aim to schedule shifts within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
