The Bristol Montessori is offering a rare opportunity to work with a crack team of Montessorians in an authentic and progressive accredited Montessori school in North Bristol. We are looking for an energetic, committed and enthusiastic individual who likes to work hard and play even harder!
It's all about the TEAM with us! You must be a TEAM PLAYER to create the best ever school experience for the TEACHERS and the CHILDREN alike.
A minimum L3 childcare qualification (QTS preferred) is required and if you have Montessori training or have experience working in a Montessori school, that's even better! In any case, you would need to be passionate about this beautiful methodology. Because when it works, it really works!

We are offering 40 hours per week, all year round, and we will reward you for your hard work with a salary upward of £26,000k depending on level of qualifications and experience.
Purpose of Post
1. To work under the direction of the Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Deputy Manager.
2. To support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist in the organisation of a high-quality establishment for children from 2 to 5 years.
3. To provide high standards of childcare and education – including the monitoring and review of our provision.
4. To actively engage in appropriate continuous professional development and action research.
The Bristol Montessori School is an educational establishment for children age 2-5 years so any future team members will need to be fully conversant with the EYFS and fully committed the delivering the Montessori curriculum and/or undergo training.
