🛠 The Role
As a Press Brake Setter Operator, you’ll play a key role in the production of precision sheet metal components. You’ll be responsible for setting, operating, and adjusting CNC press brake machines to ensure parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently to customer specifications.
📋 Key Responsibilities
8. Set and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf or similar)
9. Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans
10. Carry out first-off inspections and maintain quality standards throughout production
11. Adjust tooling and machine settings to achieve precise folds and dimensions
12. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any faults
13. Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
14. Follow health and safety procedures at all times

15. Proven experience setting and operating CNC press brakes
16. Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
17. Strong attention to detail and quality standards
18. Positive, proactive attitude
19. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
