About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised People Experience Coordinator to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting our Learning & Development and Talent activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and contribute to meaningful work that helps our people grow, thrive and feel connected to Brompton's purpose.
This role directly contributes to building a high-performing, engaged and future-ready Brompton. You'll be central to the smooth running of our people processes, creating moments that matter - from coordinating hiring activities and onboarding new starters, to supporting the delivery of learning and development programmes and talent initiatives. You'll work closely with the wider People Experience Team and collaborate with managers across the business to bring our culture to life.
Key Responsibilities
Talent
* Coordinate recruitment logistics and candidate communications - from scheduling interviews and updating Workday to managing feedback, you'll ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the hiring process to support data-driven decisions and compliance
* Provide operational support for talent programmes – from early careers to succession planning to help bring our talent strategy to life
* Keep systems and trackers up to date, enabling visibility and momentum across performance, development, and succession
* Support internal communications and engagement activities that celebrate growth and progress, making talent visible across Brompton
Learning & Development
* Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and events that support growth of Brompton colleagues
* Deliver a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience that helps new starters feel connected to our culture and confident from day one
* Manage bookings, communications, and logistics to ensure learning experiences are impactful and meaningful
* Use data to identify and implement ongoing process improvements including attendance, feedback, and evaluation data
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning processes, making it easier for people to access development opportunities in the flow of work
Skills
* Organisation & attention to detail - able to juggle multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
* Communication - clear, professional, and people-focused in written and verbal interactions, with a focus on keeping stakeholders informed
* Collaboration - build positive relationships across teams and work well with others to delivered shared goals
* Stakeholder Management – able to navigate competing priorities, keeping people updated and informed whilst managing expectations
* Initiative - proactive in spotting opportunities to improve processes or support others and taking action to make things better
* Tech confidence - comfortable using systems and tools to manage workflows and data, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* ATS & LMS experience - confident using applicant tracking and learning management systems, ideally Workday
* Discretion & confidentiality - handles sensitive information with care and professionalism
* Curiosity & growth mindset - keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment

* Flexible working
* 9 Day Fortnight – This is a flexible working pattern which individuals can opt in for where an employee works their contractual hours across 9 days instead of 10 days. (i.e. 80 hours across 9 days instead of 10 days). This mean the individual would work an additional hour across Monday to Thursday (across the 2 week period) to gain their Friday off.
