Role Overview
As a Team Manager, you will lead merchandising teams on high-profile projects such as new store openings, refits, and stock management. The role involves working on a flexible schedule, including nights and early mornings, with shifts typically lasting 12 hours from Sunday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
* Communicate progress and complete project sign-offs with management.
* Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
* Manage stock replenishment, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems.
* Travel between retail sites, with accommodation provided when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing teams.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
* Manual handling experience and ability to work unsociable hours.
* Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
