The Role As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout the school day by: Working with pupils to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning Supporting students both in and out of the classroom Acting as a mentor and positive role model Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders Helping to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes This role would suit someone with experience in behaviour support, pastoral work, youth work, teaching assistance, or a similar educational support role.
