We're looking for a driven and people-focused HR Recruitment Officer role blends hands-on recruitment, creative talent sourcing, and programme management for apprentices, graduates, and early-career professionals. You'll be at the heart of shaping the workforce of tomorrow - designing fresh ideas, solving problems before they arise, and working closely with leaders to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. What you'll be doing: Partnering with senior leaders to understand business needs and create forward-thinking resourcing strategies. Managing full recruitment campaigns end-to-end - from writing compelling job adverts to supporting interviews and onboarding. Proactively sourcing talent - you'll love being on the phone, networking, and building long-term relationships that strengthen the talent pipeline. Leading and supporting Emerging Talent Programmes (apprenticeships, graduates, placements) to attract and develop future stars. Analysing data and feedback to identify risks, test new ideas, and continuously improve processes. Acting as a trusted advisor on all things recruitment - influencing, challenging, and delivering results. Supporting HR projects and helping implement best practice across the wider people strategy. What we're looking for: Strong, hands-on recruitment experience - agency or in-house. Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for people and problem-solving. Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage at all levels. Analytical and solutions-driven - able to use evidence and judgement to make sound decisions. Confident managing competing priorities and delivering to deadlines. CIPD qualified and/or degree educated in a HR-related discipline. A curious, forward-thinking mindset - always looking for new ways to attract, develop, and retain great talent. What's on offer: Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
