Role: Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk
Duration: 3 months
Part-time: 30 hours per week
Location: Glasgow
Working model: Hybrid
Rutherford Cross is supporting a Glasgow-based organisation with the appointment of an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for an initial 3-month period, working 30 hours per week.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Processing of all weekly and monthly invoices and exporting to BACS for payment
* Processing of purchase invoices for the monthly payment run
* Reconciliation of supplier statements received with the purchase ledger
* Processing of monthly Credit Card returns
* Posting of relevant bank payments and journals
The Ideal Candidate:
* Available at short notice
* Previous purchase ledger experience
* Competent Excel user
On Offer:
* FTE salary of £25,500 p.a. or day rate equivalent
* Hybrid / flexible working
* Glasgow City Centre office
