Head of College - Post 16 SEND - Kingston Region An inspirational and talented leader is required for a Post 16 SEND college based in the Kingston region. The College specialises in education for SEND learners aged between 16 and 25 years providing courses and study programmes designed to support and empower each student to achieve their aspirations and goals, preparing for adulthood and employability. The College are experts in the SEND sector, leading the way with cutting-edge, creative and innovative approaches. All students are individual and each course is as unique as they are. As Head of College, you will liaise with Local Authorities to build relationships and facilitate enrolments. You will have a key role in managing the personnel within the centres, including multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure a high-performance culture and excellent student outcomes. This will include conducting performance appraisals and carrying out Teacher Evaluation Schedules (TES), for which training will be provided. The College, set over several sites in the Kingston region, supports over 100 students with special educational needs across multiple locations in the Kingston area.
