Bracken Recruitment is currently seeking 3-4 experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors for a number of our Main Contracting Clients based in London. The businesses we represent areleading UK Contractors with a fantastic pipeline of projects from £40m - £80m throughout the South of England.

Skills & Experience:
* 5 years plus of experience in a similar role (minimum)
* Previous experience of residentialprojects
* Ability to manage projects throughout the process
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience of working to tight deadlines
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
* Strong time management skills
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
