About the Job:
Our client is a reputable Legal 500 law firm in West Norfolk with a strong Commercial Property practice. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, client-focused advice across a broad range of commercial property matters. They are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) to join their supportive and experienced Commercial Property team in West Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, and development work.
* Assist senior solicitors with more complex commercial transactions and high-value matters.
* Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with a professional and proactive approach.
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify soon) with a strong interest in Commercial Property work.
* Relevant traineeship experience in commercial property is preferred.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
* High level of professionalism, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
