About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Workers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives by helping them remain independent in their own homes. You will provide high-quality care and support to elderly and vulnerable clients, assisting them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. Key Responsibilities * Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in a respectful and dignified manner * Support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment when necessary * Assist with medication administration and monitoring (after training) * Help with meal preparation, hydration, and feeding when required * Perform light household tasks, such as cleaning or laundry * Provide companionship and emotional support * Record and report changes in the client’s health or wellbeing * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care management team Requirements * Must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to care * Strong time-management and reliability * Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts * Right to work in the UK Desirable: * NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Benefits * Competitive hourly pay with mileage reimbursement * Paid induction and ongoing training * Support towards recognized care qualifications * Flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle * 24/7 on-call support from a caring and experienced team * Career progression opportunities
