We’re targeting two types of candidates: existing financial accountants or those with strong analytical experience and practice-based backgrounds, ideally (though not necessarily) with audit/corporate finance experience seeking a quality industry opportunity. A professional qualification is essential—ACA/ACCA/CIMA, either recently qualified or with 1-4 years PQE. Strong technical accounting skills, commercial awareness, experience with various reporting standards, and excellent IT skills are required, along with exceptional communication abilities. A proactive attitude and desire for career progression are also key.
