We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Cotswolds office in Cheltenham. As our Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all offices within the South West are fit for purpose, managing both hard and soft services.
1. Regular office visits to support regional teams and conduct office compliance and housekeeping checks and audits.
2. Work closely with office managers & building management to ensure our offices are fit for purpose.
3. Collaborate with regional SHE teams to maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Vistry policies and procedures.
4. Support the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities as required.
5. Ensure all office service providers perform their works to a standard, resolving issues and completing pre-planned works.
6. Manage facilities projects and local works/contractors in assigned offices.
7. Oversee facilities-related compliance, ensuring documentation is accurate and data recorded centrally.
8. Ensure security processes and information are in place and fit for purpose, including out-of-hours security.
9. Gather data for group reporting requirements.
10. Provide 'Office Manager Role' at the main office base.
11. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices across functions, tasks, and systems.

Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience in a facilities position.
* Passionate about customer service, facilities, and housebuilding.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Willingness to develop professionally and undergo training.
* Interest in multiple projects and supporting larger-scale initiatives.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
