Job Description:
Reporting to: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
Hours of Work: 39¾ hours per week
Join our team at Terex Omagh as a skilled and dedicated HSE Co-ordinator, contributing to our vibrant and inclusive work culture that values diversity, innovation, and excellence.
As part of the site HSE team, you will support the department in ensuring compliance with Terex and legislative requirements, assisting with incident management, data management, training coordination, and administration.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain incident reports, statistics, and KPI spreadsheets timely.
* Ensure legal compliance and proper reporting, identifying cost savings and improvements.
* Assist with writing incident reports and supporting investigations.
* Update and maintain the HSE data management system.
* Attend meetings, take minutes, and update communication boards.
* Coordinate health and safety training events, maximize attendance, and ensure training records are maintained.
* Process purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
* Coordinate with external occupational health providers.
* Provide general administrative support for the HSE department.
* Perform additional duties as required.
What you’ll bring:
* Minimum GCSEs including English and Math at grade C or equivalent.
* Proven experience in administrative or coordinating roles.
* Strong IT skills, especially MS Office; ERP experience desirable.
* Knowledge of data management systems and invoicing processes.
* Health and Safety qualification and experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
* Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
