Working pattern: Term time 1 week (40 weeks) Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 830am to 1pm Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): 13,148 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments The Baird Primary Academy is looking to appoint an Attendance Officer to join our highly motivated office team to support our Academy in improving pupil attendance. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills. Key tasks will include: Liaising with pupils, parents and staff to promote good attendance Ensuring that the Academy s Attendance policy and strategy is followed Working with outside agencies to support pupils and parents Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details.
