CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - PERMANENT – CHESTER – UP TO £32K - FULL TIME Forrest Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a small, friendly team based in Chester. Your duties will be: * Support Paraplanners and Advisers with pre-sales administration tasks, such as setting up new client files, requesting quotes and preparing client agreements * Provide Paraplanners and Advisers with up-to-date valuations for existing clients * Give Advisers any relevant client information they need before meeting with clients * Keep the back-office system accurate and up to date * Maintain and update the internal email list * Handle general client account updates * Answer phone calls and handle initial enquiries * Answer the intercom and welcome visitors * Manage Adviser diaries * Providing general administration support to the team The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, have excellent communication, the ability to manage your own workload and a team player.
