We are currently looking for two Customer Experience Apprentices eager to kick‑start their career with hands‑on training and professional development in Customer Experience while also working towards a level 3 Business Administration qualification.
What will you be doing as a Customer Experience Apprentice?
You’ll be stepping into a role where you’ll learn first‑hand how to support our Customer Experience team with administrative tasks. You’ll be right there, helping to coordinate our Complaints, Compliments, and Comments Policy, making sure we handle feedback smoothly and efficiently.
You will have the chance to shadow colleagues in our Triage, Investigations, Quality Assurance and Business Partnering teams, and collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Management team to assist in the delivery of important projects.
This is your chance to contribute to initiatives that improve how we serve our customers, making a real impact on their experience with us.

* Good general level of education, or willing to work towards level 4 in English and Maths
* A can‑do attitude towards your work, with a friendly and empathetic approach
* Ability to take responsibility for a variety of assigned tasks

Although the main part of the role is working from home, you will need to travel and work from our Worcester or Birmingham Business Park office as needed, usually twice a week.
This is a Fixed Term Contract and on successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within Platform Housing Group. On gaining permanent employment, you will continue to be supported in your learning and development.
