We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Service Manager who is compassionate, forward-thinking to manage the delivery of our day service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading a service. The role requires effective leadership and management skills to ensure that our team delivers high-quality support to individuals with varying needs, including learning disability, Autism and acquired brain injury.

About the role
As our Day Services Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service creating a space where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. You’ll lead a talented team, champion best practice, and ensure that every individual’s goals, aspirations, wellbeing and company values are at the centre of everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of dedicated support staff.
* Overseeing person-centred care and support plans that promote independence, dignity, and choice.
* Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
* Building strong partnerships with stakeholders, families, carers, professionals, and the wider community.
* Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the service.
* Participate in a shared on-call rota with management support
This role is ideal if you have:
* Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising experience.
* Ability to create effective plans tailored to individual needs.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional communication skills for interacting with service users, families, and staff members alike.
