Location: Based at our Head Office in London Bridge (SE1 2EL).
Hours: Full time role (37.5 hours per week).
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 WTE depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a variety of operational projects from start to finish.
* Research and evaluate suppliers/software to support procurement.
* Build, test and configure digital tools (no coding required; strong logic and problem-solving skills essential).
* Map processes and translate them into clear workflows and decision logic.
* Create documentation, reports and SOPs.
* Work with a range of stakeholders including clinical teams, operational staff and external partners to ensure solutions are successfully implemented.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Advanced Excel skills confident using formulas, logic functions and complex spreadsheets.
* Tech-savvy and curious, quick to learn and configure new software platforms.
* Hands-on, practical approach; you enjoy making solutions work in reality, not just on paper.
* Strong communicator able to explain and present ideas clearly across different teams.
Essential
* Proven experience delivering operational or digital projects.
* Advanced Excel and data-driven problem-solving skills.
* Ability to map workflows and translate processes into usable tools.
* Familiarity with project management or process design tools.
