Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality, tailored tuition sessions to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
2. Support students at Key Stage 4 in subjects such as English, Maths, or Science
3. Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of individual learning needs
4. Build confidence, engagement, and academic progress
5. Track and report on student development
Requirements:
6. Proven experience working with SEN students ( ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.)
7. Experience tutoring or teaching at GCSE level
8. Strong subject knowledge in one or more core subjects
9. Patience, empathy, and strong behaviour management skills
10. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour (depending on experience)
